Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. We choose the best freight agent depending on ordered items volume. The freight agent we are working with (UPS, DHL, Chronopost) are well known for their serious. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Parcels are packaged in order to avoid any problem during the freight process.
The Responsibility for the lost or damaged products by the shipping carrier is under the responsability of Store.objekto.fr until delivery to the recipient. In case of damaged or missing products, the customer must notify Objekto by registered mail or by electronic mail within 24 hours following delivery and return immediately the products to :

Objekto cannot be held responsible if the addressee is not present at the time of delivery and/or if the Customer (or the person designated by the Customer) does not pick up the products at the carrier's office, after the Carrier delivers a note to the addressee.
According to article 121-16 of the French Consumption Code, the Customer can return the Products to Objekto at his own expense within fourteen (14) business days following the product delivery and request an exchange or reimbursement.
The request for exchange or reimbursement shall be sent to Objekto by either an electronic message or a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt confirmed by Objekto.
